I get your info when you reach out ~ via email, phone (0419 415 000), the site’s contact form, or in person. If third parties (like Mallacoota Cares) pass me your details, I’ll safeguard it here ~ same as everything else you share.
How I Use It
I use your info to help you ~ think setting up your HCP, answering questions, or arranging my services (e.g., that $100 session or working via your plan). It’s for:
- Sharing updates or service info
- Managing inquiries or bookings
- Sorting complaints if they come up
If you don’t share it, I might not be able to assist fully ~ like getting your self-managed plan rolling. I won’t use it beyond what you agree to ~ unless the law says otherwise (e.g., court orders).
Who I Share It With
I might pass your info to helpers ~ like my insurers, advisers, or tech support ~ but only if needed and under this policy. If careplan.au changes hands, your info could transfer too ~ within legal limits. Otherwise, it stays with me.
